PT Lead Insurance Brokers & Risk Consultants replaced PT Lintas Sentralindo Indonesia that was established in 1991. Thus, PT Lead Insurance Brokers & Risk Consultants (LEAD) has been supporting Indonesia’s insurance market for more than 20 years now.

In October 2020, Lead Insurance Brokers entered into a joint venture with a Dubai based company, Deinon Insurance Brokers LLC; which picked up a majority stake in LEAD. The trio of Deinon, Daniza & Fachrurrazi Nasution; with their like-minded ideology, spearheaded business operations and successfully established LEAD as a specialized insurance broker in Indonesia. This was no meager achievement since LEAD’s focus industries were already dominated by big players and international brands.

Fachrurrazi Nasution - President Director

Fachrur joined LEAD in 2020 and has over 20 years of experience in the field of aviation insurance. Prior to joining LEAD, Fachrur was a Director at Willis Tower Watson Indonesia Insurance Brokers and Vice President Director at CIU Insurance.

Pepen Kurniawan - Director

Pepen has more than 20 years of experience in the field of construction insurance. Prior to joining LEAD, Pepen was Director of Construction at Pialang Asuransi Indotekno, Head of Construction at Willis Towers Watson, Jardine Lloyd Thompson and Aon Indonesia.

Yulia Tiurina – Associate Director Aviation & Energy

Yulia joined LEAD in 2022 and has over 20 years of experience in the Aviation and Energy industry. Prior to joining LEAD, she was with Willis Towers Watson Insurance Broker , associate director at local reinsurance broker and technical head at CIU Insurance.

Yuri Andrianov - CPU Department

Andri joined LEAD in 2018 and his main role as a Central Processing Unit for all lines of business.

Andy E. Prabowo - Head of Employee Benefit

Andy joined Lead in 2023. With over 12 years of experience in various areas of insurance industry. He was with Avrist Assurance, BNI Life, Adira Insurance& etc. Expertise in marketing and develop market of Employee Benefit.

Hasemi F. Alfahani - Employee Benefit Business Manager

Semi joined Lead in 2023. With over 10 years of experience in various areas of insurance industry. He was with Avrist Assurance, Sinarmas MSIG, AIA & etc. Expertise in sales and marketing of Employee Benefit.

Grace Sumual - Technical Manager

Grace joined Lead in 2011 and has over 17 years of experience in various areas of the insurance industry. Her expertise is insurance placement and claims management.

Fadila Aulia - Broking and Claims

Fadila graduated from Universitas Indonesia majoring in Library and Information Science. She joined Lead in 2022. In addition to her main responsible in broking and claim, she also responsible for Lead IT’s transformation.
